Edit Menu Command Summary

The Edit menu contains the following commands:

 

UndoUndo the last data entry.        
RedoReverse an undo operation.
       
CutDelete the selected data from the screen and move it to the clipboard.        
Cut Append Delete the selected data from the screen and append it to the data already on the clipboard.        

 

Copy Options Select the mode of operation for the copy menu item.        
CopyCopy the selected data from the screen to the clipboard as text.        
Copy Append Copy the selected data from the screen and append it to the data already on the clipboard.        
Copy As Image Copy the selected data from the screen to the clipboard as a bitmap image.        

 

Paste ModeSelect the mode of operation for the paste menu item.        
PasteInserts data from the clipboard onto the screen.        
Paste ContinueContinue pasting from where the last paste operation completed.        

 

Selection Mode Change the selection display mode.        
Select AllSelects all the data on the screen.        
Deselect Cancels the current selection.        

 

Print Clipboard Prints the current contents of the clipboard.        
Save Clipboard Save the current contents of the clipboard to a disk file.        
Clear Clipboard Save the current contents of the clipboard to a disk file.
